Ben Morgan is an ICU nurse in the Air Force. He is currently a Captain (yes, that means his title is Captain Morgan). He was prior-enlisted as a weapons loader on B-52s. He practices a paleo, low-carb, sometimes ketogenic diet with fasting. He's been experimenting with these diet and lifestyle practices for over 7 years now. His hobbies include obstacle course racing, hiking, running, reading, movies, and music. He currently lives in Phoenix with his cat, but is moving to Anchorage, Alaska this Fall.
